Daily Practice With Rochelle

As we approach the Feast of Trumpets, it is a significant time to deepen our connection with the divine. In the month of Elul, known as a time when the King is in the field, there is a unique opportunity for us to draw near to Him. This is the appointed time. Understanding the importance of this time can help us align our hearts and minds to receive the blessings and revelations that the season holds. Recognizing your worthiness of His love is fundamental in this journey and I would love for you to position yourselves in meditation around this imagery. He returns for the Bride!

I encourage you to make this bridal imagery your focus this week. Who is this one coming out of the wilderness leaning on her beloved? Engage the Song of Song 8 text each day perhaps in place of your pause that you love so much. You can use the background music from the pause app to create a soothing atmosphere for you to engage in these practices. Incorporate breath prayer, "I am His Beloved."These tools can serve as gateways to encountering the presence of the Beloved more profoundly and intimately.

As you prepare your heart for this sacred time, take moments throughout the week to pause, reflect, and center yourself on the presence of the divine. Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment, releasing any distractions or worries that may hinder your ability to connect with Him. By intentionally setting aside time to cultivate your relationship with the Beloved, you create space for transformation and growth in your spiritual journey. Embrace this week as an opportunity to draw closer to the divine, knowing that you are deserving of His love and grace. May your heart be open to receiving His blessings during this significant time leading up to the Feast of Trumpets.
