Welcome to your weekly guide for the "Waking Up: 63 Day Experience". This week's focus is on who you are in the kingdom and getting a clear vision of why our words are so significant.

Every Sunday night, we will gather for a live session where we will discuss the week ahead. The recorded video will be shared with you on Monday, guiding you through your practice for the upcoming days. I will encourage you to engage in both morning and evening practices since we are in a pressing in season. We will have a weekly spiritual practice to focus on and this week is PRACTICING PRESENCE or psychologically what they call MINDFULNESS. Mindfulness is about being fully present in the moment with people, nature, and God without shame or judgment, burr rather allowing yourself to simply be where you are.

In our practice this week, I will invite you to explore Ephesians 2 and 3. Take your time to reflect on the verses and ponder their significance in your life. By immersing yourself in sacred texts, you can deepen your spiritual connection and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. As you engage with the verses, pay attention to any emotions or thoughts that arise. Mindfulness involves being aware of your inner world without becoming entangled in it, allowing for greater clarity and self-discovery. Ephesians s2-3 are full of the good promises we are aligning too. I would love after you explore to share below what you find with others.
